GUT-BRAIN for IBCLCs.
4-PART RECORDED PRESENTATION

IBCLCs only.

PRESALE: Access to the course will be made available on August 10th.
This advanced MasterClass is designed for IBCLCs seeking to deepen their literacy and clinical efficacy when supporting breastfeeding dyads presenting with complex challenges such as dysregulated milk supply, metabolic disorders, food intolerances, eczema, reflux and related issues. Participants will gain a foundational understanding of epigenetic influences on gene expression during pregnancy and lactation, and will explore how nutrition shapes breast architecture, milk production, milk composition and the developing infant microbiome. Participants will review current research on key elements that drive breastfeeding physiology, including nutrition and nutrient deficiencies, metabolic endotoxemia, food intolerances, dysbiosis, HMOs, hypoxia and environmental stressors. Participants will develop practical strategies for supporting dyads in navigating infant reflux, eczema and food intolerances and metabolic conditions, including insulin resistance, PMOS, thyroid dysfunction, metabolic endotoxemia and gut dysbiosis. Through case presentations featuring interdisciplinary collaboration, participants will leave equipped to approach even the most complex lactation cases with greater confidence and clinical expertise.

Testimonial

"Taking Jennifer Tow's Masterclass and her Gut–Brain Course has been a game-changer for my career. The Masterclass gave me the foundational knowledge about oral function, physiology, and whole-body integration that I honestly believe every IBCLC needs before they start seeing clients. It felt like a lightbulb turning on—everything just clicked. I immediately had more confidence and could offer a higher level of care thanks to the clinical reasoning skills I learned.I truly think this material should be mandatory for all IBCLCs.The Gut–Brain Course was just as impactful. It completely shifted my approach toward a more holistic, systems-based way of thinking. Now, when I look at infant behavior, feeding issues, or maternal wellness, I see the whole interconnected picture. This has made my assessments much sharper and my care plans significantly more successful.Together, these weren't just "add-ons" to my practice; they provided an entirely new, deeply confident framework. The results I'm seeing with families have fundamentally improved, and they've motivated me to keep expanding my knowledge. I recommend them without reservation." Angie Bimat, BS-DH, IBCLC
"I have never attended a training where my mind was being blown with new information every minute. I had just started dipping my toe into understanding infant allergies and this drilled down to root cause instead of allergies being treated as a variation of normal."
"This was a wonderful presentation. I have more knowledge and confidence in assisting my clients in finding solutions beyond traditional medical management. Breastfeeding concerns related to the gut are more frequent now than I have ever seen and continue to grow in severity. I am happy to have the tools, even if it is just the tip of the iceberg, to direct a more holistic approach and look forward to growing in this arena."
"When it comes to teaching, Jennifer Tow is not only good at it, but she is a wealth of information and her approach is holistic—she’s passionate and teaches from personal experience and is excited to show you the way. What she teaches you will help you improve your lactation consulting, not just during the course, but beyond. She has taught me to think beyond the basics of lactation and inspired me to dig deeper into how the overall health of an individual can impact their lactation journey.I have taken the MasterClass with her twice in person and she has some phenomenal teachers that teach with her. I recently took her Gut-Brain for IBCLCs course and it has not only improved my practice, but it has made me want to learn more about gut function and made me more meticulous in asking the deeper learning questions to my clients. If you are interested in furthering your education in the field of holistic lactation, she empowers you to do so, and I look forward to taking her next class and further enhancing my clinical skills." Sejal Fichadia, IBCLC
